No, this is a one-time Q&A consultation where Tina shares real-world business insights. It is designed to provide honest advice to help you make informed decisions, but it is not an ongoing mentorship or coaching program.
2. Do I need to prepare anything? Can I send questions in advance?
Upon booking, you will be required to fill out a form with the questions you plan to ask. If Tina determines she cannot provide honest, valuable guidance on your topics, she reserves the right to cancel and issue a full refund.

Success looks different for everyone, and there is no one-size-fits-all formula. While this session won’t guarantee results, it will provide clarity, insights, and direction based on Tina’s experience, helping you make informed business decisions.

No. Whether you're a creator, service provider, or entrepreneur in any industry, this session is designed to support business owners at different stages.
5. What if I don’t know what to ask?
It’s recommended to come prepared with at least 3-5 questions, but if you’re unsure, Tina can guide the conversation based on your business goals and challenges.
6. Do you offer refunds if I change my mind?
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.
Within 24 hours, a 50% refund will be provided.
Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. You can reschedule or cancel through your confirmation email.
7. Is the one-on-one session virtual or in-person?
You can choose between a virtual session or an in-person meeting at the XXL Scrunchie warehouse in Belleville, Ontario when booking.
8. Will there be follow-up support after the session?
This is a one-time session, but you are welcome to book additional sessions in the future if you need further guidance.
9. Is there a fee?
Yes, pricing details are available on the booking page. Full payment is required to confirm your session.
10. Can I record the session?
For virtual sessions on Webex, Tina can record the meeting with your permission and provide you with a copy afterward. In-person sessions will not have a recording option.
