Terms & Conditions – Founder’s Q&A with Tina Nguyen

By booking a Founder’s Q&A session with Tina Nguyen, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.

1. Nature of the Session

  • This is a one-time, 60-minute Q&A session where Tina shares insights and advice based on her personal experience in business.
  • This is not a mentorship, coaching program, or a step-by-step guide to guaranteed success. The purpose of the session is to provide guidance based on Tina’s own journey.

2. No Guarantees or Liabilities

  • Results are not guaranteed. Every business journey is unique, and outcomes depend on your execution.
  • Tina Nguyen and XXL Scrunchie & Co™ are not liable for any business decisions, financial losses, or other outcomes resulting from the advice given during the session.
  • Booking a session does not create an ongoing business relationship beyond the one-time consultation.

3. Payment & Booking Policy

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking. Your session is not confirmed until payment has been processed.
  • All prices are subject to change at Tina’s discretion. However, once booked, your rate is locked in.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Refunds are available if canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the session will receive a 50% refund.
  • No-shows or failure to attend the session will not be refunded.
  • If Tina needs to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a new date or a full refund.

5. Recording & Confidentiality

  • If the session is held on Webex, you may request a recording for personal use only. Recordings are not to be shared, distributed, or repurposed.
  • Tina may take general notes during the session but does not store or distribute personal business information.
  • Any confidential business information shared during the session is at your own discretion.

6. Privacy & Right to Decline Certain Questions

  • Tina will not disclose private business information, including but not limited to:

    • Customer data
    • Sales figures
    • Exact manufacturers or suppliers
    • Detailed private analytics
    • Scrunchie measurements or exact product specifications
    • How products are manufactured

  • However, Tina is happy to share general strategies, insights, and her personal process on how she found manufacturers and built her business so you can discover your own.

  • Tina reserves the right to decline answering certain questions if:

    • The information is private to her business.
    • The question is outside of her expertise.
    • She does not have an honest or accurate answer.

7. Non-Disclosure Clause (NDA)

  • Both Tina and the client agree to keep any sensitive business discussions during the session confidential.
  • Tina will not disclose your private business details shared in the session. Likewise, you agree not to share, record, or distribute private details from the session, including insights specific to Tina’s business.
  • This agreement does not cover publicly available information or general business strategies shared in a non-confidential manner.

8. Intellectual Property (No Reselling or Redistribution of Insights)

  • All advice, insights, and recommendations shared during the session are for personal use only.
  • You may not resell, redistribute, or repurpose the content from this session as part of a course, coaching program, or paid offering without written permission from Tina Nguyen.

9. No Business Partnership or Endorsement

  • Booking this session does not constitute a business partnership, collaboration, or endorsement of the client’s business by Tina Nguyen or XXL Scrunchie & Co™.
  • You may not claim, imply, or market that Tina is affiliated with, invested in, or endorsing your business.

10. Limited Liability (Protection from Legal Claims)

  • Tina Nguyen and XXL Scrunchie & Co™ shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of advice given during the session.
  • The client assumes full responsibility for any decisions or actions taken based on the session’s discussions.

11. Force Majeure Clause (Unforeseen Circumstances Policy)

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as illness, power outages, natural disasters, or emergencies, Tina reserves the right to reschedule the session at a mutually agreed-upon time or offer a full refund.

12. Non-Compete Disclaimer (Prevents Competitors from Extracting Business Secrets)

  • This session is intended to provide general guidance based on Tina’s experience.
  • It is not a consultation for competing businesses looking to replicate XXL Scrunchie & Co™'s exact business model, suppliers, or proprietary methods.
  • Tina reserves the right to decline sessions at her discretion.

13. In-Person Sessions (If Applicable)

  • If you book an in-person session at the XXL Scrunchie warehouse in Belleville, Ontario, you are responsible for your own transportation and arrival on time.
  • Tina and XXL Scrunchie & Co™ are not responsible for any travel-related issues, delays, or personal property lost during your visit.

14. Agreement to Terms

  • By booking a Founder’s Q&A session, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
  • These Terms & Conditions are subject to change at any time, and updated terms will be reflected on this page.
