ORDER CONFIRMATION 

ITEMS ARE SHIPPED AFTER PROCESSING THREE TO FOUR BUSINESS DAYS USING CANADA POST.  IN ADDITION TO YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL, WE WILL SEND YOU A SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAIL. EXPEDITED AND TRACKING OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE FOR SELECTION UPON CHECKOUT. 


DAMAGES

PRODUCT PURCHASED FROM OUR WEBSITE WILL REQUIRE A PHOTO IMAGE OF THE PRODUCT IN QUEST. ONCE PROVEN THIS PRODUCT HAS A FAULT YOU MAY RETURN THIS PRODUCT FOR A REPAIR IN WHICH THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SHIPPING FEE.
