All scrunchies purchased from xxlandco.com are not identical. These are handmade items. This means not every scrunchie will be made from the same material but is created in the same colour to the best of our abilities.

All items purchased from xxlandco.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
