It was hard to describe in words my pause, so I made a vlog talking about that more here on my YouTube channel! Watch, "why I'm pausing my small business vlog" now!

I’ve been silently stalking your business for a while. I came to sign up for a wholesale order and I see that you’re taking a pause. I hope to see you in the future!!

Congratulations on a being and AMAZING success story. Your story is an inspiration to me (and I’m sure so many others). I wish you continued success wherever your journey takes you and hope we will see more from you – soon! Cheers to 2026!

Thank you so much for your inspiration globally. It saddened me read your pause with XXL, however excited to see your no#1 passion of murals excel. It’s been an honour to have been introduced to you by my beautiful daughter Alyza N have followed you ever since. You have inspired me to create my own sml business making scrunchies so I thank you. I’ll miss your scenario stories, when packing my lil order from here in New Zealand 🇳🇿. Thank you Tina, your family, the XXL Team, for sharing behind the scenes, so much content to name, just everything with XXL n Co. I you wish the utmost abundance ❤️ on this next journey N look forward to seeing the fruition come alive.
Love you always Carol Moleu 🇳🇿🇳🇺

Wishing you the very best on your new journey, as you take the time to find yourself and be able to truly enjoy doing your art again! Its been so much fun watching your business grow over the years, and it makes me so angry what happened to you with the ridiculous tariffs. I really hope the next chapter in your life is even better than the one you are closing. Its scary, but its also exciting! I am a dedicated entrepreneur too. I’ve been juggling art alongside a cat product business for the past 13 years. At the very beginning of the year I was really feeling burned out from the high volume cat business and really wanted to focus more on my art… when I suddenly unexpectedly lost my soul cat, who was really the life & energy behind the cat business, just 8 days into the new year. I struggled SO HARD to keep things going, with the burnout and then a broken heart on top of it all… and then Etsy changed up their algorithm very suddenly September 1 and it wrecked my sales like the tariffs did to yours. (so dumb to rely on a marketplace to support my business, I know…). While I have other ideas to pivot the cat business into a different model, I’m not sure what I’m going to be doing in 2026. I’m not over the loss of my cat by any means which makes running the cat business an emotional challenge, but the burnout from the constantly go, go, GO and the 10,000 hats you wear every day just to make enough cash to pay the bills and support the family. I’m not sure my art will ever go anywhere as its very specialty, so I’m thinking of other things I might be able to do, to also give time back to myself so I can clear my head and actually take time each day to do absolutely NOTHING without the guilt.
