First, I want to express my gratitude to Tina and the XXL team for their exceptional assistance. Initially, my order got lost in transit, but they quickly replaced it. Unfortunately, once it arrived, the package was stolen. Although they were so kind to send a replacement the first time, I didn’t want to trouble them again. When I tried to place another order, I could only afford a couple of items. However, Tina generously replaced the other items for me. When I received the package, I found a note that said, "I hope we still made a good first impression." Honestly, they’ve made a positive, lasting impression on me. I absolutely love the claw clips! They’re very comfortable to wear without hurting my scalp. Unlike other claw clips that can cause headaches, XXL clips are perfect. While the size is a bit large for daily use, it’s ideal for a loose, comfy fit. The quality of the products is exceptional, and it’s clear that this commitment comes from Tina and the entire team.
