    EXPECT DELAYS. Given the current global situation, expect there to be shipping delays as our carrier Canada Post hustles extra hard to accommodate the increased service demands with delivery.

    When you place your order you will be notified with your order confirmation within 15 minutes. If you did not receive an order confirmation please email us, support@xxlandco.com.

    When your order has been shipped you will receive a second email with your shipping notification via email provided within 4-7 business days from placing your order. Business days do not count as holidays and or weekends.

    Expect major delays in standard shipping during this time and with expedited, Xpress or priority shipping. Canada Post can no longer guarantee regular or on-time shipping estimates given the current global situation as they accommodate the increased service demands with mail and parcel delivery of Christmas-level volumes of mail and limited staff.

    XXL & CO LTD. team is not responsible for these delays and have no further detail on the location of your package. We are a small business and are unable to replace and/or refund unreceived orders in the event of an incident. All orders placed at www.xxlandco.com do not have a guaranteed delivery date and are estimated only.

    Our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. They will
    always be estimated in business days (this does not include
    weekends/holidays). Once the packages are sent to our shipping provider,
    arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service
    that has been selected.

    CANADIAN ORDERS

    XXL& CO LTD. use Canada Post to ship your order through standard mail (unless otherwise indicated by your shipping method). This can take anywhere between 8-21 business days (which excludes holidays and weekends).

    USA ORDERS

    XXL & CO LTD. use Canada Post to ship your order through Tracked Packet USA Air (unless otherwise indicated by your shipping method). This can take anywhere between 8-21 business days (which excludes holidays and weekends).

    INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

    XXL & CO LTD. uses Canada Post to ship your order through Small Packet International Air (unless otherwise indicated by your shipping method). This can take anywhere between 10-21 business days (which excludes holidays and weekends) depending on your location.

    ORDER CONFIRMATION 

    Items are shipped after processing (3-4 business days) using Canada Post. In addition to an order confirmation email, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. Expedited and tracking options are available for selection upon checkout. 


    DAMAGES

    Products purchased from our website will require a photo image of the product in question. Once proven the product has a fault, the product may be returned for a repair please contact us at support@xxlandco.com to open up a conversation on how we may address your concern.

    RETURNS

    Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns, but if you have any problem with your items, please contact us at support@xxlandco.com to open up a conversation on how we may address your concern. We are always happy to help!

    SCRUNCHIE EXCHANGES

    We do not currently process exchanges for online scrunchie orders at www.xxlandco.com.

    CLOTHING EXCHANGES

    We accept exchanges within 7 business days of your notified delivery date. Exchanges are only accepted for unworn, non-damaged apparel. If the item we receive is damaged, we will not be able to process your exchange as requested. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the return (including shipping the product back and shipping out the new product).
